Each participant has a profile where they can share their Linkedin page and a little bit about themselves. Players can also be grouped into teams - they can either create teams themselves from their profile and invite other players to join, we can cluster teams to your liking or you can forego teams altogether! We find that grouping players into small teams adds a touch of accountability and camaraderie and increases participation. They also play for an awesome team prize!
